The Team Leader will lead a mixed team of 4–8 members (lead generation and closers) to achieve both launch and sustenance sales targets for an exclusive mandate project. Responsibilities include activating the regional channel partner (RCP) network, driving direct site visits, closing bookings, and maintaining CRM hygiene. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience in real estate, prior exposure to leading a full project launch, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of front-line real-estate sales experience (developer or mandate-sales firm only)
- Minimum one full launch cycle led (from soft launch to sustenance)
- Proven leadership of teams with 4+ members
- Established relationships with channel partners in Pune
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of MahaRERA, stamp duty, and agreement clauses
Good-to-Have: - Exposure to digital lead funnels (Meta, Google, 99acres, Housing)
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Real Estate (optional but preferred)

The BD Lead – Builder Outreach will identify, meet, and convert B/C/D-grade Pune-based developers into exclusive sales mandate clients for Kribaga. This is a field-facing hunter role requiring strong existing relationships with builders in Pune and the ability to onboard them through persuasive pitches around mandate models, pricing grids, and exclusivity benefits. The ideal candidate should be able to operate independently with minimal ramp-up time.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in builder-facing sales or onboarding roles in a Mandate firm / CP firm / IPC
- Strong personal network of at least 20–30 Pune-based developers
- Ability to mine contacts and conduct meetings with ~300 builders in a year
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Proficient in pitching mandate models, pricing structures, and exclusivity terms
- Basic digital skills: PowerPoint, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business
- Own four-wheeler preferred (fuel reimbursed); willingness to travel across Pune/PCMC
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in firms like Justo, Anarock, PropTiger, Property Pistol, Xanadu, JLL etc.
- Experience pitching developers for exclusive inventory or mandate partnerships
- Background in Mandate firm, IPCs, land aggregator, or channel partner onboarding roles
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential developer clients in Pune (B/C/D grade)
- Conduct in-person meetings to pitch and close exclusive sales mandates
- Maintain a high frequency of field visits and client interactions
- Prepare and present mandate proposals, pricing models, and exclusivity terms
- Coordinate closely with internal teams post-signing for smooth project handover
- Update CRM regularly with meeting notes, follow-ups, and deal status

The Frontline Sales Executive will be responsible for activating and managing channel partners (CPs) in North Bengaluru micro-markets. The role also includes handling direct customer leads through calling, follow-ups, and closing bookings either through CPs or directly. Weekend site visits are mandatory as part of customer engagement and closure support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a builder-side or mandate firm in CP sourcing and lead handling role
- Strong local knowledge of North Bengaluru micromarkets
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English
- Ability to handle 30–40 stakeholder calls daily (CPs and buyers)
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
- Must own and have a valid license for a two-wheeler
Responsibilities:
- Activate and manage a network of channel partners in assigned micro-markets
- Ensure regular communication and motivation of CPs to generate leads
- Follow-up on both CP-sourced and direct leads using CRM
- Attend weekend site visits and assist in customer closures
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in CRM
